Smokey Bibbs

If you've been to one of my classes or tasted some of my BBQ then you've probably heard me talk about "The Japanese Stuff", a great rub from a friend Dominic Bibbs. I met Dominic while on the competition BBQ circuit at a contest in San Diego and kept in touch with him when he moved to Japan. See Dominic is one of our service men, originally from Kansas City and now stationed in Atsugi, Japan. Lucky for me (and you) he still BBQs while on base, having catered some great parties then and because he Q's he still hand blends his rubs and makes them available to us here in the good old USA.
