Serves 4
1 cup hulled and quartered strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup, raspberries, and/or blackberries
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 T lavender blossoms
Place the lavender blossoms in the heavy whipping cream. Allow to steep in your refrigerator (the longer the more intense the flavor). Chill a metal bowl. When ready to make the cream sauce, place the lavender infused whipping cream into the cold bowl and whisk with a wire whisker for about 3 minutes, until soft peaks are formed.
To serve, place an assortment of berries in a bowl and top with some of the whipping cream.
Note: If you like you can add powdered sugar to the whipping cream when you get ready to make the sauce.
