From the simple to the sublime, this class will provide you insights on advance preparation that will enhance the culinary fare that comes off your grill. Taught by award winning pitmaster, Smokealicious BBQ Chef Dave Vindiola the class will present a great menu using easily obtained and prepared ingredients that will make firing up the grill more than a weekend event.
