This class helps you build a foundation or enhance your current repertoire of rubs, sauces and marinades. Taught by two award winning BBQ pit masters, San Diego’s own Chef Dave Vindiola from Smokealicious BBQ and Ryan Chester the owner of The Rub Co. This class will feature instruction and the formulas for mixing your own dry rubs, making marinades and concocting BBQ sauces. They will also provide some great tasting, small batch gourmet products you can substitute in a pinch as part of our BBQ focused menu.
Recipes: Sweet and Sticky Bacon Wrapped Tater Tot; Spice Roasted Pork Loin; Beer-Marinated Chicken Tacos; Brie and BBQ Pork Quesadilla’s with spicy BBQ sauce; Tri Tip Santa Maria.
