This class will add variety to your summer BBQ fare. Celebrating the American Art of Low and Slow BBQ, the class features San Diego's own award winning BBQ Pitmaster, Dave Vindiola, from Smokealicious BBQ. Chef Dave will provide instruction on selecting, preparing, cooking and serving classic regionally inspired BBQ dishes and side dishes you can cook as you wait. Outdoor and indoor cooking methods will be presented with tips and tricks from the competition BBQ circuit you can apply to your own backyard championship BBQ.

Recipes: Stuffed Mushrooms; Smoked Red Onion and Tomato Salsa; Texas BBQ Brisket Sandwiches; Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders with Mustard Vinegar Sauce; Santa Maria Style Tri Tip; Oak Smoked Rancher’s Beans.
